RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

We understand that sometimes you may want to return an item and we at RIA Line are happy to issue a refund on any garment that meets our Return Criteria below.

Returns Criteria

  • Items should be returned to us in a new and unused condition in the original packaging wherever possible.
  • Items must have all RIA LINE swing tags, neck labels, security tags and have no signs of tampering.
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Items must not have any pet hair or smell of any type of smoke.
  • Items must not be stained of any kind including and not limited to fragrance marks, deodorant marks, makeup, fake tan.
  • All hygiene labels should still be intact and must not have been removed.
  • All items must be returned as dispatched this means please fold and button up and use the original packaging where possible.
  • Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted and you will not receive a refund and you must pay for the cost of postage for the item to be returned back to you.

How do I make a return?

  • Please fill out the Returns Form which can be found inside your package. If you have not received a Return Form, please Contact Us.
  • You will need your name, order number and the original email address you supplied to make the order.
  • Please do not return anything to us without completing a Returns Form first and make sure you enclose it within your return package.
  • Once you have completed the returns form please email info@rialine.co.uk to request a return with your order number and address. You will then be given a returns address which you can write anywhere on your package.
  • You can then make the return through your local Post Office or arrange a courier collection, which ever you prefer.

How long do I have to make a return?

  • You have 14 days from date of receipt to make a return. Please make sure the product meets our Return Criteria. Refunds will not be issued if the product fails to meet the Returns Criteria.

Shipping costs for returns

  • You are responsible for the costs of returning any of our products back to us. RIA Line does not cover the costs for any returns.
  • We advise you to research your options to find a cost-effective method with tracking information to ensure our products are returned safely back to us.

Items not eligible for a return

  • All returns must meet our Return Policy and Criteria
  • Any swimwear and lingerie garments where the hygiene seal has been broken or tampered with will not be eligible for a return.
  • Customised items, handmade delicate items where the quality has been checked prior to delivery cannot be returned for faults, especially after wearing.
  • Sale Items
  • Items where a promotion code has been used. This excludes sign up or to subscribe code.
  • Any items received as part of a Giveaway are not eligible for a return.
  • Customised and delicate items
  • Items that are bespoke/handcrafted nature

Can I exchange?

  • We advise you to return the item and re-order the item you require.
  • Any offers or discounts on the original purchase do not apply if they have expired.

Returning Multiple items in one package

  • If you have more than one item to return and wish to send it within one package then you are welcome to do so.
  • Please include all order numbers and follow all the return steps as above.

How long does it take for a refund?

  • Eligible refunds will be credited back to the original purchaser’s credit card.
  • Refunds are usually processed within 10 working days once we have received all the items.
  • Card Refunds can take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete.
  • Every bank varies according to their processing time so please check with your bank.

My refund is late or missing.

  • Please allow us 10 working days after we have received your items to process your return.
  • Please contact your bank or credit card company in the first instance as there is some processing time involved before a refund is officially posted back to your account.

We have the right to withhold a refund if:

  • We suspect fraudulent activity with your account or from you in relation to returns and refund requests.
  • In circumstances where we suspect the products have been mishandled then we may deduct your refund to take into account the loss in value for the rejected products.
  • Products should be returned to us in an unused condition and should not have been worn. We reserve the right to withhold any refunds and block your account (and any associated accounts) from placing orders with us in the future where we suspect any fraudulent activity has taken place.
  • In circumstances where we suspect fraudulent activity including but not limited to in regards to delivery where an order has been placed but not received, or items returned do not match what you ordered, or if we suspect that you have not returned items to us and/or have provided us with counterfeit proof of return, we reserve the right to withhold any refunds and block your account (and any associated accounts ) from placing orders with us in the future.
  • Please do not refuse the delivery of your order, however if delivery has been refused then this will incur a cost of the original delivery fee plus the fee it costs RIA Line to have it returned.
