Please note delivery charges are subject to weight. The following are estimates only:
- UK Standard delivery 3-5 working days £3.99
- DPD Next Day service £9.35
- EU Standard £25.99
- DHL Express International 7-10 days £45.99
The above delivery options are for orders placed by 3pm GMT. Any orders placed after this will be processed the next day.
Duties and Tax
- RIA Line ship exclusively from the UK only.
- Prices shown are inclusive of any VAT for UK customers only.
- The UK is no longer part of the UK, therefore shipping and duties charges may be incurred if the item is sold outside the UK. Please note all charges are payable by the customer and will be required before shipping.
- If you live outside of the UK you may be subject to additional taxes within your country on top of the product price shown in our website.
Refusal of Delivery
- If you refuse your delivery, then the original cost of delivery plus the extra cost in having it returned to us will be deducted from any refund that is owed to you.
What if I’m not in when my delivery is due?
- Some couriers may allow you to select a safe location. Please choose a location that is safe and secure and protects against the weather. If you choose this option, please note you are responsible for the parcel and the risks or it being damaged or stolen.
- Alternatively, couriers can also offer a different date which maybe more convenient. Please note this can be done 3 times before the parcel has to be returned back to us, in which case you will be refunded minus any extra delivery fees, and should you still want your order you will have to reorder.
- From 1 October 2022 Royal Mail may choose to leave the parcel in a safe location or with a neighbour in which case you will get a “something for you” card explaining where the location of the parcel is. If there is no safe place or neighbour available then the parcel will be taken back to the Royal Mail Customer Services Point for you to collect, with a card left to explain.
Can I change the delivery address after I have ordered?
- Once your order has left our warehouse, we are unable to change the address we are sending to.
